Trip registration
One of the main reasons for purchasing a Track & Trace system is its accurate trip registration functionality. The fiscal report within Fleettrace is a great resource!
What data are registered?
Within Fleettrace, the trips are registered every time the ignition is switched on or off, translating into the following information:
- Departure and arrival times
- Departure and arrival location + postal code (to be specified through POIs)
- Personal or business trips
- Travelled distance
- Trip time
- Time of visit
- Maximum speed
- Start and end kilometer readings per trip
Automatically by e-mail
To make life even easier, you can let us know what data you would like to see without logging in. We will automatically send you a weekly or monthly report by e-mail.
24 hours a day, 7 days a week
The trip data will be saved for 60 months. You can access the data by logging into the network over your secure connection from any PC, anywhere in the world, anytime!
